Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. These are the general Terms & Conditions governing your access to and use of the facilities and services provided by Homewood Bay Lodge. By using this site or applying for or making a booking, you confirm your acceptance of Homewood Bay Lodge’s Terms & Conditions, and agree as follows:

• the law of New Zealand shall govern the provision of facilities and services provided by Homewood Bay Lodge
• to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand courts
• no representations have been made other than contained on this website
• the Terms & Conditions sets forth the entire agreement between the parties and any express or implied condition, statement, or warranty, statutory or otherwise to the extent permitted by law not stated herein is excluded

In no circumstances shall any liability (whether arising in contract, negligence or otherwise) of Homewood Bay Lodge in connection to the provision of facilities and services exceed the sum paid or payable for the accommodation or day excursion by the claimant. All other liability is expressly excluded, in particular and without limitation: negligence, bailment, loss of income or profits, travel and accommodation expenses, injury, loss of personal property, or liability to a third party. Any claim shall be made in writing no later than 30 days of the occurrence of the alleged breach.
